Barcalona
Some members of Rangers were recently in Spain and watched top flite European competition including phenom Ricky Rubio. Here are some of the vids of the game and crowd. As a side note they also met Pep Guardiola, the manager of Barcalona FC. Barcalona won the game 73-72 over Montepaschi Siena on a last minute bucket by...well, you can watch the video.
One thing to notw is that their are lots of places to play after college and university, not just the NBA. And many players we know that have played overseas perfer the crowd and atmosphere of the games to the NBA. In fact, many NBA teams are trying to form "hard-core" fan sections like you see here. These guys sang and cheered the ENTIRE game.
Notice the top left corner of the screen. This is the section for "Dracs" and you actually have to earn the right to buy tickets in this section. They sing all game and many of the players get their own songs if they become favourites of the section. The sixth-man, a hard working inside rebounder with limited offensive skills had them singing (and even some of the people around us) when he got to the line in the second half:

Here we are with the Dracs. The camera volume is on its lowest setting. There is a strong nationalist sentiment in Bacalona and the catalan region and a lot of that is expressed through FC Barcalona sporting events:
