Codes of Conduct - these are the rules that athletes, coaches, parents and officials should abide by.
2010 Schedule - Here is the game schedule for the 2010-2011 season. It is subject to change. It will also be posted on the calendar page.
Clean Up Official - Guidleines to keep our gyms clean and available for our program. Please use at practice and on game day.
MHCBA Score & Time keepers - How to scorekeep and be a timer at MHCBA games. As your athlete progresses in the game you will be a valuable volunteer for knowing how to keep score adn time competently. You also become an official's best friend. You want to have friends, don't you?
Playing Time Tracker 9 min qtrs - Equal playing time is determined by this chart. Our coaches use this to determine their substitution pattern. Exceptions are made for injury and poor attitude.

Incident Report - blatant misbehaviour, violence, etc. requires the completion of these forms for resolution.
MHCBA Scoresheet - A copy of the official scoresheet for use at MHCBA games. Feel free to print at home and bring to the game already filled out.

Nutrition Seminar
This summer our elite teams and their parents attended a club-wide nutrition seminar hosted by local dietician Emily Burt-Haan. This fantastic presentation covered relevant nutritional information for aspiring athletes from everyday nutrition to the best choices for tournament recovery. Our teams and coaches followed this advice throughout the season and found it very helpful and practical. Below is a similar power-point presentation to the one that accompanied her.
